The room size was great and it was always kept tidy during our stay. The staff was welcoming, friendly and always tried to help us where possible. the location of the hotel was ideal for moving around and exploring the city.
We tried it once and didn’t use it again. , the menu could have been improved with a better choice of dishes.

The hotel’s location is unbeatable. You are right in the center of the city, with a walking distance to Nizami Street, a popular shopping destination. The rooms are kept clean and tidy, and the staff is accommodating and friendly. The breakfast is simple but delicious, a nice way to start the morning before a day of exploring. You can enjoy the amenities provided in the room, such as a VCR and movies for rent.
The beds could be a bit more comfortable for light sleepers.

Had a lovely Easter getaway! The hotel had a great breakfast buffet that had a variety of choices. There was also a restaurant on-site that served both local and international food. The staff was super friendly and helpful with any questions we had. The hotel was located in a quiet area but still close to the city center and attractions. We also enjoyed the complimentary car and driver service that took us around town.
The room was a bit outdated and could use some updating, but it was still clean and comfortable. The bathroom could have used more towels and toiletries as they were limited.

We loved the central location of this hotel as it was within walking distance to the downtown area and close to many shops, restaurants, and a beautiful park. The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable, even providing a carpet for our child to play on. The rooms were clean and spacious with all the necessary amenities, and we particularly enjoyed the delicious and simple breakfast.
